Your new role

1. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and create and deliver tailored change and communication strategies and solutions, to achieve project and business outcomes. Establish, maintain and utilise strong partnering relationships, networks and alliances with relevant internal stakeholders and interest groups.
2. Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations and training as required to support the implementation of corporate project management systems and methodology
3. Develop training resources and associated documents required to support change activities
4. Maintain a range of processes and systems to monitor, track, evaluate and report on key change initiatives and foster a continuous improvement approach.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience facilitating and training.
• Be available to start March 2nd.

What you'll get in return
A full time temporary contract with a government organisation from March 2020 to 26 February 2021.
Hourly rate of $52 per hour + super.
