Reporting to the Manager Workplace People and Culture, the Coordinator Learning & Organisational Development is responsible for coordinating relevant programs and project managing specific L&D / OD initiatives, and provides advice to management and employees on L&D / OD best practice in support of Council's strategic goals and objectives.
