Your new company
Based in the CBD with fantastic views of the city. An industry leading Financial Company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis. You will use your expertise in Employee Relations and Case Management to support the organisation
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working with People Leaders and Employees to address/resolve employee relation issues and manage business risk.
- Case Management for a portfolio of employee relation cases.
- Employee grievances and complaints, Misconduct, Formal Performance Management, Injury, illness and absence.
- Complete end to end case management and resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely findings - relevant legislation and industrial instruments.
- Manage and develop effective relationships between key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and drive a strategic, innovative and commercial customer centric culture.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Generalist HR, Case Management and Employee Relations.
- Financial Services Industry experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Understanding of legislation framework and working knowledge of case law.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Result orientated and high attention to detail.
- Degree in HR, ER or related field.
