Working for a creative and technology agency in Sydney which specialises in animation, film and digital content for a wide variety of global brands and clients all over the world.
Your new role
Unique and rare career opportunity for an HR Administrator with a passion for the creative who would like an independent and unique career opportunity to make a role their own. This is a newly created, stand alone HR Administrator position who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial culture where no two days are the same and you can create your own workload. You will work in a stand alone and essentially start up capacity supporting a small but growing business with administration, recruitment and onboarding unique talent for new projects and productions and client contracts.
- HR administration
- Contract production and generation
- Offer letters
- Visa management and advising on global recruitment
- Liaising with externa HR and Legal experts on all HR natters
- Recruitment support
- Reference checking and HR compliance
- Onboarding and inductions
- Offboarding
- Providing HR advice and support
- Working closely with the business owners
What you'll need to succeed
This role will ideally suit someone who enjoys working in an SME style business and who enjoys less structure. You will have previously or current worked as an HR Administrator with a minimum 12 months experience. You will be tertiary educated either with a bachelor of Diploma in Human Resources. You will have experience or want to work in more creative industries such as TV, Media, Digital, Advertising, Technology, Start-up, Artistic and technology focused. You will be a team player, motivated and someone who is willing to go the extra mile and enjoy working in a less structured and fast paced business.
