This role will see you support the HR Business Partner in carrying out all manner of HR generalist projects and duties. You will support the delivery of people solutions in line with the business strategy. The role is generalist in nature and will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in talent and succession management, culture & engagement planning, performance coaching, remuneration advice, change management, strategic workforce planning. You will have worked as a HR Advisor or Co-ordinator and will be comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results. Responsibilities will include:

• working collaboratively across all areas of HR functions to deliver solutions for the business.
• Support and drive the HR calendar of events
• Assist in the development of leadership capability through facilitating coaching and mentoring programs, team workshops and succession planning.
• Assist with HR projects and other ad hoc HR duties
• Support senior HR members in running cyclical HR events / calendars
• Update data bases and be a first point of call for HR queries

This role will suit a confident self starter with at least 3 years experience in a corporate environment. You will understand the commercial requirements of a service driven business and will enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
