An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a local business based in Alice Springs.
Your new company
A well-known public-sector company is looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor to join the team ion a permanent basis.
Your new role
This is an operational position with generalist HR responsibilities. You will provide support across all aspects of the business working with of internal stakeholders and report into the HR Manager. You will give advice to managers on both Employee and Industrial Relations and coach them through a variety of cases including performance management, case investigation and general enquiries. You will work to build workforce capability and coach managers on policies and best practice. You will work in a changing environment within a supportive team
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Human Resources Advisor and have worked in a generalist role previously with preference to the Public Sector. You will have industrial relations case management experience and be confident to conduct research and review policy of areas you may not have direct experience with. You will be a resilient and hardworking individual with sound experience in the HR specialism.
This role is looking for an ASAP commencement, therefore, only applications with relevant and recent experience and is currently residing in Australia will be considered.
