Global Defence/ Aviation company based in Mascot seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a contract role.
Your new company
This defence/ aviation organisation based in Mascot, are in need of an experienced HR Professional to assist in a variety of HR projects. This is an interesting position where you will be involved with implementing various HR strategies, assisting a standalone HR manager. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from a senior HR professional in an excellent global organisation.
Your new role
- Writing and advising HR policies and procedures
- Exposure to ER and IR
- Range of HR Admin and coordination
- Full generalist role - for a medium sized client group
- Assisting the HR Manager
- Independent management of the HR function
- Effective communication to ensure across internal stakeholders
- Strong corporate writing skills
What you'll need to succeed
You will have several years of HR experience. Open to a range of industry backgrounds, but exposure to a large corporatized and industrial environment which employs both blue collar and white collar employees would be preferred. Must have exposure to ER and IR in a complex and changing business. This role requires excellent communication skills, local experience and knowledge of labour laws and you must be an Australian Citizen.
