An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to truly partner with the business on a 9 month FTC.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is key in partnering with stakeholders of the business, providing operational and strategic HR Generalist advice throughout the business.
In this role your main focus will be on partnering with your dedicated client group to coach and provide guidance on all people-related aspects including; ER, employee initiatives, L&D, wellbeing, performance management and any upcoming HR related projects.
This role also has the opportunity to travel interstate bi-monthly.
You
- Proven HR generalist background with exposure across the entire HR remit and HR strategy
- Pragmatic, resilient and hands-on style with an agile and commercial mindset
- Knowledge of Australian ER framework and legislation
- The ability to partner, influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business
