YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager you will provide a range of strategic and operational services to the staff, including all IR/ER issues, from performance management, workplace investigations, and disciplinary action through to representation at VHIA and the Fair Work Commission. Coaching, mentoring, performance management, training, change management, organisational reviews, workplace relations and employee support services. This is achieved through partnering with the directorates, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and effective outcomes for the organisation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
This is a busy and varied role and as such we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously across all HR functions. You will be required to use your outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders, be experienced working within a geographically dispersed team and be able to prioritise and meet tight timeframes. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You must be adaptable, capable of dealing with change and enjoying working within a team.
