- Support the development of change management
- 6 month contract - $140K base plus super
In this role you will drive the embedding of clear change management principles and practices across the business. You will also support the development and implementation of change management programs across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Apply change management processes, methods, and tools to create actionable change to support deliverables in line with 2023 strategy
- Provide advice to support Change Manager on the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of key stakeholders change activities
- Develop evaluation processes of stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness
- Identify and support managing resistance and conduct impact analysis
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using change methodologies
- Current and future state gap analysis
- Ensure legal and compliance obligations are adhered to and met for all changes
- Support development of risk in change documentation
You:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or previous equivalent experience with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiatives such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments
- Monitoring progress of change programs.
