HR Consultant for Immediate Start Short Term Opportunity

A large state government organisation based centrally in Perth.
Your new role
An interim HR Consultant role, created to support the organisation on an interim basis. This role will focus on employee and industrial relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes. You will provide advice and guidance surrounding policies and procedures and assist management teams with complex matters as well as overseeing HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified and experienced human resources professional with in depth experience within the WA state government. You will have strengths in employee and industrial relations, having the ability to manage complex issues and provide conflict resolution. You will have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to build relationships quickly and manage stakeholder expectations.
What you'll get in return
A contract opportunity for an immediate start based centrally in Perth. You will join this established entity on an interim basis, with the potential for extension as well as having the opportunity to apply and be considered for a permanent role with the organisation.
