Temporary HR Coordinator with a view to become ongoing in the future.
Your new company
A large NFP based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is hiring a HR Coordinator to a newly created role. Join a diverse, new and supportive HR team. This well-known large NFP has a diverse workforce across Melbourne. Joining in a newly created role, you are joining an organisation in positive growth.
Your new role
Responsible for maintaining the HR inbox and responding to any queries and escalating where necessary. In this role you will support recruitment, learning and development and other HR initiatives. Responsible for with onboarding and offboarding of any staff, you will be skilled in using excel.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as part of a team and coordinating a HR team is essential. Experience working in organisations with operational and corporate staff is key, whether that is government, NFP, or blue collar industries. For this role it is required that you have a university degree, a valid WWCC, a clear police check and full working rights.
What you'll get in return
Working on a temporary basis initially with a view to become permanent, you will work with a supportive manager and team. Employed on a full time temporary basis, you will be remunerated around the $60k + super annually. Flexible working arrangements can be arranged.
