Your new company
An established not for profit aged care provider based centrally in Perth, WA.
Your new role
A project based Human Resources Officer, supporting the organisation through a period of change. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and senior team members, this temporary role has been created to assist the team with some recent organisational restructuring. You will provide assistance with documentation and communication surrounding redundancies and restructures, as well as manage queries coming through from the effected employees and escalate any issues if required.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced human resources professional with exposure to employee relations matters and supporting redundancy processes.
What you'll get in return
A temporary project based role for a term of 8 weeks.
