• Immediate requirement, initial 12 month contract

• High stakeholder engagement, multiple projects

You will partner with stakeholders across business lines and play a key role in the review, analysis, planning, development and implementation of a new HRIS platform. You will have solid project experience in this space and will be comfortable meeting project milestones and assuring the success of the various projects at hand. Initially you will be focussing on the implementation of a new time in attendance system but future work will encompass LMS, recruitment and broader HRIS projects. You will:

• Partner with SME's and key business leaders to ensure understanding of requirements and drive process improvements.
• Develop your understanding of systems as they stand and ensure current project plans will drive efficiencies and meet future requirements.
• Developing a business case identifying opportunities, risks and inter-dependencies
• Manage / influence key stakeholders' expectations to deliver HR systems project outcomes.
• Lead cross - functional delivery teams, documenting system requirements and analysing proposed solutions.

In this critical role you will help develop the project plan, assist with communications, prepare training material, set up meetings, assist with HR documentation/processes, build reporting frameworks and contribute to ongoing system enhancement strategies. You will also contribute to learning and development initiatives associated with the system.

You will need to have a strong HR background as well as demonstrated experience with the implementation of HR systems. You will have exceptional project management skills and proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery. A strong communicator, you will possess the ability to work as part of a diverse team where problem solving skills are paramount to the success of the project.
