The Human Resources Service Partner plays a key role in enabling teams to be their best in the pursuit of exceptional client/resident outcomes and achievement of business goals. Working closely with the Service Managers and the Human Resources Team this role will support the implementation of process and procedure to improve workforce effectiveness and engagement using contemporary HR principles and initiatives to drive best practice.
To be successful in this position you will possess:
- Well-developed consulting and influencing skills in order to implement change and foster a positive culture at all levels of the organization
- Build positive relationships with managers and staff, working in partnership with service delivery teams to achieve mecwacare’s objectives
- Strong presentation and coaching skills and an ability to adjust style to suit the audience
- Recruitment experience in attracting and screening the best candidates
- Ability to support and mediate the resolution of complex performance management and employee relations issues in a proactive and measured manner to achieve positive outcomes
- Experience in interpretation of enterprise bargaining agreements and Awards.
- Previous experience in the aged care sector is desirable.
