Injury Management Advisor - Immediate Start for WA State Government
Your new company
A Western Australian state government organisation with blue and white collar employees covering the entire state. This organisation has a focus on safety and protection and look for new team members who share their values.
Your new role
An Injury Management position overseeing case management of both physical and mental injuries and illnesses. You will handle everything from workers compensation claims through to developing return to work plans, in both day to day and complex scenarios. Acting as the most senior member of the team, you will advise and mentor junior team members and provide advice where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified within occupational health and safety and be experienced in overseeing injury management including complex cases and having supported junior team members. You will be available immediately and be able to step into a busy with minimal training or guidance.
What you'll get in return
A temporary position within state government, handling the end to end process of injury management for both blue and white collar employees.
