12 month fixed term Instructional Designer role working for a growing government authority.
Your new company
This growing State government authority is looking for an experienced Learning Designer/Instructional Designer Specialist to assist with new incentives and projects being rolled out for the business. The will be a 12 month fixed term contract role with possible extensions to start asap. CBD location
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Development you will be responsible for:
- Manage the instructional design of blended learning solutions (paper based and eLearning learning products)
- Liaising with stakeholder across the business to create training manuals, flow charts, guidance material, consulting support
- Ensure appropriate implementation of overall design and quality for all learning products.
- Partner with client groups to develop learning pathways to ensure overall design, quality, maintenance and support the Learning and Professional development of their portfolio.
- Be involved in learning journey mapping, create training materials and present these via an internal meeting/lunch and learn.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a Learning Design/Instructional Design Role.
- Have worked in a project environment, experience in human-centred design, process improvement and strong facilitation skills
- Knowledge and Understanding of Financial Services/government
- E-Learning Knowledge (Preference Evolve e-Learning Solutions)
- Creative, dynamic and able to add value quickly in this role.
