12 month contract - financial services - develop and deliver training - up to $500 per day + super

Your new company
A global Financial Services company who have a forward thinking approach to Learning, have an exciting job opportunity for an L&D Specialist to join their team.

Your new role
Working within a large Learning and Development team you will be responsible for the design and delivery of training solutions across the Financial Crime division of the business. You will provide a range of training solutions across on boarding, compliance, regulatory changes and will build virtual learning for employees working remotely. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to create innovative learning courses that are highly engaging and align with business and regulatory needs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in the design and the delivery of training solutions ideally within Financial Crime or the Financial Services industry. You will have strong project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will be proactive with a strong work ethic and a will have a results driven approach.
