Learning & Development Advisor for Project Based Role
Your new company
A large, state government organisation based centrally in Perth.
Your new role
A project based role to assist the organisation with the review and update of learning and development materials and processes. You will work with stakeholders to understand what their current learning materials are, and how they would support the on-boarding/ induction and development of team members. You will then advise and collaborate with them to establish more engaging learning tools and more effective processes and implement these for all the corporate services teams within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced learning & development specialist, with experience in the development and implementation of learning materials and tools. You will have previously coached stakeholders at a high level and be able to advise them of best practice and more effective and efficient processes.
What you'll get in return
A project based role with an immediate start for a term of 4 months (this may be extended depending on the needs of the organisation).
