About the role

We are currently seeking a passionate Organisational Development and Learning Partner to join our Strategy & Organisational Capability team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for developing people, highly collaborative approach and is able to build trusted relationships at all levels. Role responsibilities

  • Lead learning and development offerings to support growth, performance and capability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to thoroughly understand the culture and capabilities required to deliver on the business strategy
  • Research, design and deliver strategic organisational learning programs
  • Work closely with cross functional experts, including change managers, to ensure project objectives are met as well as driving programs of work to ensure delivery of overall strategy
  • Coach stakeholders to drive OD & Culture Initiatives across their teams
  • Evaluate learning and development programs to ensure relevancy and quality
  • Develop short and medium term capability plans to address the emerging trends
  • Identify key capability gaps that need to be addressed to meet business objectives

About You

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in an area of specialisation (i.e. Organisational Development, Learning and Development etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Highly developed consulting, influencing, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • An understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to execute through software (e.g. Storyline 2 or similar) desirable
  • Direct experience within a complex organisation collaborating on projects, change initiatives, strategy, and process/ system improvement
  • Background in organisational transformation and change management (desirable)
  • Active in continuous lifelong learning to support innovation within the role
  • Valid driving licence to be able to travel intrastate as required to support business needs
