We are currently looking for an experienced People & Learning Coordinator to join our small team. Supervising the People & Learning Officer, and working closely with our Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for all people matters within the business. This is a true generalist role, meaning you will be involved with Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment Performance Management and the like.
Specific Responsibilities:
In this role you will have responsibilities in the following areas, but not limited to:
- Overseeing the recruitment process and strategy
- Industrial and Employee Relations
- Managing the employee experience/lifecycle
- WorkCover across multiple states
- Compensation & Benefits
- Strategy and Departmental Planning
What we need from you:
We are seeking a hands on and experienced Coordinator who will hit the road running; a person who has skills in data analysis, and has a great understanding of Industrial Relations. You must have an eye for detail and great interpersonal skills. You can have the tough conversations but deliver the message in a respectful and logical manner. You are organised and a quick learner, but not scared to ask questions. Payroll experience will be highly regarded. This is a great team environment with some exciting projects to be undertaken in the next 12 months.
