With a strong operational footprint and a people-first culture, the business is seeking an experienced HR professional to support its workforce across several regional sites.

Your new role

This is a broad HR generalist position with a strong operational focus. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, advise on employment contracts and payroll matters, and support leaders with investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation. The role is based in South East Queensland, with regular travel to regional sites - one requiring day trips every few weeks, and another involving occasional overnight stays. After probation, you'll have access to one day of remote work per week.

What you'll need to succeed

You're a genuine, grounded HR professional who leads with integrity and collaboration. You're confident in complex environments, comfortable in manufacturing settings, and not afraid to get hands-on. You're a team player first, with a practical mindset and the ability to work independently. Experience in investigations, coaching leaders, and applying policy is essential.
