Your new company
A market leading international company who have exciting growth plans are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team based in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

Your new role
Reporting to a HR Director and working within a collaborative HR team you will be responsible for managing all generalist HR activities across the business. You will have direct people management responsibility with two direct reports who you will coach and develop. You will also have office management responsibility as part of your role and will proactively look for ways to improve processes to ensure the business operates effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous HR generalist experience together with Mandarin language skills which is essential. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced commercial environment and will be a collaborative team player with a commercial approach.
