Immediately available Senior HR Business Partner - Organisational Effectiveness 12 month contract
Our Client is undertaking a period of transformation and therefore requires the expertise of a strategic Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support a suite of organisational effectiveness projects coupled with influencing behavioural change.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with a number of executives in delivering the overarching HR strategy, including:
- Championing cultural transformation and change management programs that align with strategic goals
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development
- Provide expert guidance on talent strategy, succession planning and capability development
- Design and develop people strategies that align with business priorities
- Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure impact
As a trusted advisor to the Executive, you will bring broad expertise in organisational effectiveness and development, talent optimisation and organisational design, along with the ability to influence at the highest levels. You will have a proven background at a senior business partnering level ideally from within a large, complex environment, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and management to challenge and drive transformation and change.
This opportunity will be offered as a 12-month contract and will be based in Perth CBD.
