Your new company
A market leading Professional Services company who are a globally recognised brand have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Consultant to join their team based in the Sydney CBD.
Your new role
Working as part of a large collaborative HR team you will take ownership of a client group managing all aspects of generalist HR. You will partner with senior leaders in your client group providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues. You will operate at a strategic and operational level in order to design and deliver HR initiatives working collaboratively with centers of excellence in order to deliver projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in HR Business Partnering ideally from a large corporate business together with strong employment law knowledge and data analytics skills. You will be highly resilient with the ability to manage and influence senior leaders with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
What you'll get in return
