Senior HR Manager role leading a team of 5 HR Consultants at a global Professional Services company.

Your new company
A market leading Professional Services company who are a globally recognised brand have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to lead a team based in the Sydney CBD.

Your new role
Working as part of a large innovative HR team, you will lead and manage a team of HR Consultants in order to deliver effective HR solutions for your client group. You will partner will senior leaders in your business unit in order to design and deliver HR infinitives that add value to the business working at a strategic level. You will create HR strategies that fosters employee engagement and a high performing culture which will drive the success of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a Senior HR Manager ideally from a large commercial business together with excellent leadership skills and ability to create a high performing culture. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will present as a credible expect with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of a business.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to $180,000 package together with excellent benefits including workplace flexibility. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of high performing HR Consultants and work at a strategic level for a globally recognised company in the Professional Services industry.
