About the role: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will partner Aspect's management team to create, support and develop the workforce to successfully achieve Aspect's strategic HR goals. The role will involve providing high quality HR advice, assistance and coaching to a diverse portfolio of business unit managers in a range of HR areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnering relationships with a portfolio of business unit managers
- Provide advice and interpretation of awards, enterprise agreements and legislation
- Support managers with performance management and a range of employee relations matters
- Lead and support People projects to support the achievement of Aspect’s strategic and business plan as required
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR + minimum 7 years' experience in HR related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of Industrial Relations legislation - in particular the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award and Health Professionals Award
- Proven, successful experience in an HR Business Partner role (knowledge of the Allied Health and Disability Services sectors would be preferable)
- Experience in complex IR matters and workplace investigations
- Demonstrated project leading skills
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships and business relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed MS Office and database skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and use of own vehicle for business purposes
- Must be flexible to travel interstate as required
- NSW Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment due to visits to school locations/service hubs
A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this. Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is also required. If you have not already completed the module, you can click here to access it.
