Oversee the coordination of structured training initiatives to facilitate system enhancements.

Your new role

• The Senior Training Officer will oversee the establishment and coordination of structured training initiatives to facilitate system enhancements of the S/4HANA finance system
• The Senior Training Officer sits in the Business Solution, Design and Change Team and reports to the Learning and Knowledge Management Lead.
• Coordinate the design and development of course structures, content, training manuals and methods of presentation and evaluations for multiple project implementations within large state wide projects, using instructional design methods.
• Coordinate, develop and maintain user documentation resulting from software release updates, including high level quality review and knowledge transfers to support all affected stakeholders and end users.
• Manage, identify, plan and develop inter-professional staff training deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of S/4HANA.
• Provide leadership, direction and management expertise in administering a centralised suite of training tools used across the Hospital and Health Services, as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated ability in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning management resources, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in blended training model environments.
• Ability to apply contemporary learning and development principles and practices and their application in an environment of significant change and complexity
• Be immediately available or able to start work in under 2 weeks.
• Previous government experience in the past 6 years.
