As the National Talent Acquisition Specialist, to succeed in this role you will be a commercially astute recruitment professional with the ability to communicate at all levels and identify any gaps in the recruitment process.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources your role will involve both operational and strategic Recruitment.
Outside of your general end-to-end recruitment remit, you will be responsible for coaching and advising managers on compensation & benefits and facilitate recruitment-related training programs to improve managers' capability in assessing and interviewing candidates.
Your broad range of Recruitment responsibilities will see you:
- Support HR in the management of the intern and graduate programs.
- Provide regular reporting and ad hoc insights for the local Australian Leadership team on the performance and effectiveness of the Recruitment function.
- Supporting managers to deliver a professional and effective recruitment process by conducting strengths-based interviews, case studies, and candidate testing.
- Pro-actively manage and external talent pool through their recruitment management system
You
- Strong recruitment experience across commercial and corporate sectors including FMCG.
- Exposure to recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Pageup, Peoplesoft etc.
