This newly created role is for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who has recruited technically and has used innovative techniques to source and talent pool exceptional candidates throughout Australia.

The role will split into leading recruitment activities and also HR Business Partnering. This would suit someone who has come from a HR Generalist role and then transitioned into a talent role, or someone who has worked within an organisation that has given exposure to the employee lifecycle with their talent team.

Key Responsibility Areas include:

• Develop the talent sourcing and selection process.
• Prepare and post job ads and coordinate social media positioning.
• Prepare and coordinate employment contracts and onboarding activities.
• Research and promote best practice and emerging industry trends.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for the organisation.
• Provide advice to leaders to create a fulfilling and rewarding employee experience.
• Update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate HR Administrative functions related to the employment life cycle.
