Leading FMCG company based in the CBD with a fantastic workplace culture are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their TA team now!
Your new role
- End to end recruitment of roles from entry level to leader, predominantly across our Corporate Functions (although may be required to recruit in other functions where volumes are required)
- Proactive Sourcing using LinkedIn, Seek and other channels
- Representing Lion's talent brand through all candidate communication from advertising to screening assessment and hire
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience using ATS systems
- Developing sourcing strategies for roles
- Proactive Sourcing skills are absolutely essential: LinkedIn Recruiter
- Partnering corporate functions (Finance, IT, Shared Services etc)
- Coaching and influencing hiring leaders
- Experience with psychometric assessments is preferred
