Your new company is a fast growing Automotive company based in Newstead, Brisbane.
Your new role is:
- Lead end user support and develop procedures to support emerging requirements
- Lead change management processes for the People & Safety team to ensure that employee experience is enhanced at every opportunity
- As required be on-site in regional locations to embed change and support education / roll out activities for new initiatives
- Develop and lead in consultation with the GM-People & Safety and Head of Payroll Operations the communications and change plan for all projects across the business
- Undertake a learning needs analysis and develop educational activities for each roll out
- Host and lead 'Train the Trainer' sessions for the National People & Safety team
- Prepare for and coordinate user acceptance testing, gathering data and evidence for successful program implementation in conjunction with stakeholders
- Partner with IT Services team and the vendor to manage the design of systems and platforms to all ensure all business requirements align with ICT architecture
- For the purpose of the project timeline, act as Subject Matter Expert on systems implementation
- Lead process mapping across the group of companies to ensure a best practice, fit for business model is achieved
- Mitigate risks by reporting existing or potential issues and action statuses to appropriate levels
- In partnership with the national HR and Payroll team, continually review people processes to improve efficiency and offering to our team
- Support the development of increased Line Manager capability for people management through coaching on people matters as required
- Lead the development of learning and development materials for use both within the business and in an e-learning environment
- Partner with subject matter experts to build learning content that is both thorough and engaging
- Proactively suggest initiatives to drive the attraction and engagement of employees to the automotive industry and prepare justified proposals
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business in the application applying HR policies and procedures incompliance with awards, agreements, accreditation standards and legislation.
- Conduct business readiness assessments including risk profiles for all projects ensuring consultation with key stakeholders
- Support the General Manager in the development of modern policies and procedures as required
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous work experience with Payroll and HRIS or Time and Attendance Systems

- A Bachelor Degree in HR, commerce, business, IT or equivalent
- Recent HRIS implementation or configuration experience
