Training and Development Specialist | CBD | 9 months | up to $850p/d

Join this leading education provider close to Sydney's CBD as a Training & Development Specialist. Being part a small project team, this role will have maximum impact on the future of research.


Your new role
Partnering with the Program Manager and BAs, you will design a learning program for staff development which will enable understanding and delivery of new operating frameworks and technologies. This is a high profile project and will impact the future of funding for the establishment.
Your role will include:

• Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
• Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
• Optimising training processes for efficiency
• Selecting and managing resources, including and designing learning materials

What you'll need to succeed
You will be have proven experience developing learning programs for process improvement in a large complex organisation. Joining a collaborative culture you will also have:

• Expertise with training program development and management
• Proven experience creating blended learning solutions for process improvement
• Contemporary working knowledge of Adult learning principles and training methods.
• High level project planning and management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
