Role Requirements:
- Conduct data analysis and provide reporting and data driven insights of key performance metrics.
- Set up new forecasts and processes that may not have been developed.
- Create forecasting models for processes.
- Conduct weekly forecasting meetings with the leadership team.
- Ensure the recruitment strategy allows for scale/growth.
The successful candidate should possess the following (but not limited to):
- Proven track record in Workforce Planning (ideally in call centre environment).
- Extensive understanding of the work planning function.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Effective coaching skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated process improvement mindset.
- Ability to quantify process improvement benefits.
