Workforce Planning Analyst sought for a leading Australian Brand in Sydney.

Your new role
Working in a collaborative and high performing Workforce Planning and HR team, you will be responsible for the short and long term workforce planning and roster management for a busy and fast paced business in Sydney.
As the Workforce Planning Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Workforce planning and rostering
- Rostering and managing leave requests and absences
- Indepth HR reporting HR metrics and analysis
- Dashboard management Payroll reporting and analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Advising on workforce planning reports and projects
- Daily usage of T&A system, HRIS system and using reporting tools
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an enthusiastic, engaging, empathetic and dedicated Workforce Planner. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the Retail, Consumer, 24/7 or another fast paced organisation. You will be able to communicate with people at varying levels of seniority. You must have strong analytical skills, be detail orientated and able to multi task and management systems and processes.
