Fixed Term role within the ER and IR area of State Government
Your new company
An excellent opportunity to work for a public sector stat body within the Victorian State Government. The organisation operates in a very complex space, with multiple EBAs and are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience in the Victorian State Government.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting EBA negotiations
- Assisting the workforce review
- Admin associated with EBA negotiations
- Supporting the Workplace Relations Manager
- Providing ER and IR advice to business
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience negotiating and EBA and working within the State Government or a highly regulated industry. Your background will be in Industrial or Employee relations and you will be a self-starter, able to work independently and make decisions. This role is for an immediate start, long notice periods cannot be accommodated.
What you'll get in return
A fixed term back-fill role for 3 - 4 months at the salary range of $130k + super, with flexibility depending on your experience. With an office based in the Eastern Suburbs, you will be given true flexibility to work from home, returning to the office only for essential meetings.
