Engaging Workplace trainer required

Your new company
Formed in 1997, this RTO organisation provides total solutions ensuring a safe workplace. Offering an array of courses based around Risk Management, OH&S, fire and emergency response in the workplace.

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, hands-on and self-motivated Workplace Trainer & Assessor who will be responsible for the development, preparation, delivery of training and assessment programs.

• Developing individualised and group training programs.
• Developing training and assessment materials including researching, writing and validating assessment tools and training resources including face-to-face and digital & online training.
• Preparing learner resources (e.g. handouts, PowerPoint presentations, assessment tasks, observation checklists).
• Maintaining and update training resources
• Completing and maintaining all training records.
• Documenting assessment results including participation evidence and input into training database system.
• Evaluating training programs regularly to ensuring alignment to Company requirements.
• This role has a strong component of travel involved

What you'll need to succeed

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Experienced in the development, implementation and assessment of adult learning programs - both face to face and online.
• Demonstrated high level IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operation of computers.
• Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
